revision of exco
Hello ppl!
There's a revision of the exco after much considerations! The new exco is as follows:
President: Mei Ling
Vice Pres: Mei Ting
Publicity: Jia Jun
Treasurer: Jolene
Events: Yang Lu
Lessons Coord: Xiao Chun
We removed the post of PR, due to the fact that no one in Gefang is able to uphold the heavy responsibility of doing PR job and Gefang herself does not require a PR post. Hence, we removed the post of PR from Gefang Exco and included a post that is more pertinent to Gefang herself, which is Lessons Coordinator.
The job of a lessons coordinator will be to plan and arrange for lessons for everyone in Gefang for every single Gefang session. She will have to work closely with events and is also responsible for taking attendance and ensuring attendence of Gefang members.
Yang Lu will remain as the Chinese Soc representative, and the other one will be decided at a later date once our Concert Director for '09 batch has been decided. :D
One more good news is that, Ting Yun shall be appointed as the vocals guider, someone who will be guiding the singers in the way they present themselves on stage, their stage presence and also in the vocals aspect. Do show her your support! and don't forget, Gefang is a place where everyone learns from everyone else! :D Do contribute actively to Gefang sessions and jiayou!
The rest of Gefang will be left to the Gefang exco '08/'09. I really hope you guys will continue the tradition of keeping Gefang sessions enjoyable and condusive for the development of each individual's talent. :D jiayou ppl! All the best!
